Learn to love it all by trying our featured specials that use underutilized parts of common ingredients to their fullest culinary potential\, and joining us for a demo on vegetable butchery at McConnell Dining Hall. \nPitzer Eco-Center will also be sharing data on composting efforts\, Food Recovery Network\, and Weigh the Waste results. \nAND we’ll be featuring a custom Burger Bar at the Grill station during lunch with the Impossible Burger\, Mariposa Ranch grass-fed beef\, and grilled chicken. \nSo join us for lunch on Wednesday\, April 18 as we celebrate Earth Day (which actually falls on Sunday this year). \n
