Join Huerta del Valle and Bon Appétit Management Company for our Sustainable Food Forum. Grab some freshly prepared local food, discuss the importance of growing and buying local, empowering communities, and fighting food waste and learn how to support sustainable food initiatives on campus! Please feel free to come for whichever parts of the event you are interested in attending.

6:00 PM – 7:30 PM: Plant this Movie documentary screening
7:30 PM – 7:50 PM: Potential Q&A with the filmmaker
