Join Huerta del Valle and Bon Appétit Management Company for a visit to two unique local food organizations that focus on sustainability, social justice and community empowerment.
We will be visiting Huerta del Valle, a small organic farm focused on sustainability and community empowerment and Homeboy Industries, an organization that uses food business models to provide hope, training and support to formerly gang-involved and previously incarcerated men and women.
