Come during lunch to see what you can do to embrace mindfulness
- Start the day with a mindful morning routine – make a cup of tea, journal, or do yoga
- Slow down for self-care by focusing on one task at a time and limit your screen time to avoid the “scroll hole.”
- Tune into all five sense during each bite or sip to add pleasure to a meal, and potentially help you eat less.
