Leave no leaf, stem, bone, or rind behind this Earth Day! Learn to love it all by trying our featured specials that use underutilized parts of common ingredients to their fullest culinary potential, and joining us for a demo on vegetable butchery at McConnell Dining Hall.
Pitzer Eco-Center will also be sharing data on composting efforts, Food Recovery Network, and Weigh the Waste results.
AND we’ll be featuring a custom Burger Bar at the Grill station during lunch with the Impossible Burger, Mariposa Ranch grass-fed beef, and grilled chicken.
