Celebrate National Nutrition Month

March is National Nutrition Month, and this year’s theme is “Put Your Best Fork Forward.  Enjoy incredibly edible plant parts.”  Different nutrients are located in different parts of a plant.  Discover the different depth, flavor, and variety of textures found in the various edible parts of a single plant.  And enjoy the added benefit of reducing food waste.
